Brad Jacobs (Sault Ste Marie, NONT) lost 5-3 to John Epping (Toronto, ON) in the Final of the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic, held September 10 - 15, 2019 at the Cornwall Curling Club in Cornwall, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Jacobs won 9-5 over Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB) in the semifinals of the 2019 AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada; and won 6-2 over Kevin Koe (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals.
 
Jacobs finished 5-0 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacobs defeated Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI) 7-1, then won 8-3 against Scott McDonald (Kingston, ON) and 6-2 against Jean-Sebastien Roy (Saguenay, QC). Jacobs won 6-3 against Epping, then won 6-2 against Michael Fournier (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the AMJ Campbell Shorty Jenkins Classic, Jacobs take home 63.594 world rankings points along with the $10,500CDN prize, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 6th place overall with 429.712 total points. Jacobs ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 63.594 points earned so far this season.
