Ainsley finished 2-2 in the 15 team KW Fall Classic qualifying round, held September 16 - 19 at the K-W Granite Club in Waterloo, Canada. In their opening game, Ainsley lost 11-3 to Kyle Waddell (Glasgow , SCO), then responded with a 8-5 win over Alex Champ (Kitchener-Waterloo, ON). Ainsley went on to lose 6-5 against Moffatt. Ainsley responded with a 5-4 win over Nicholas Lemieux (St. Catharines, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Ainsley earned 10.799 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the KW Fall Classic, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 65th place overall with 33.790 total points. Ainsley ranks 25th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 10.799 points earned so far this season.
