Randy Bryden (Regina, SK) lost 6-3 to Shaun Meachem (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Medicine Hat Charity Classic, held October 31 - November 2, 2015 at the Medicine Hat Curling Club in Medicine Hat, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Bryden won 5-4 over Scott Bitz (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2015 Medicine Hat Charity Classic in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada; and won 4-2 over Peter De Cruz (Geneve, SUI) in the quarterfinals.
 
Bryden finished 3-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bryden defeated Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) 5-4, then won 7-2 against Brock Virtue (Calgary , AB). Bryden went on to lose 8-2 against De Cruz. Bryden lost 6-0 to Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK) where Bryden responded with a 6-5 win over Deis in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Medicine Hat Charity Classic, Bryden take home 17.343 world rankings points along with the $4,000CDN prize, moving up 18 spots the World Ranking Standings into 59th place overall with 57.330 total points. Bryden ranks 65th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 27.200 points earned so far this season.
