Flasch won 7-1 against Michael Dahms (Airdrie, AB), then won 7-4 against Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB) to advance to a B-Qualifier game where they lost 8-2 against Hartung to drop into a C-Qualifier game where they responded with a 7-6 win over Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC) to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.
