In their opening game, Silvernagle defeated Ocean Smart (Edmonton, AB) 7-1, then won 6-4 against Candace Chisholm (Carlyle, SK). Silvernagle went on to lose 6-4 against Brette Richards (Kelowna, BC). Silvernagle responded with a 5-2 win over Lindsay Hudyma (Vancouver, BC). Silvernagle won 8-3 against Annmarie Dubberstein (Chaska, USA), then won 6-2 against Amber Holland (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
