Hopson finished 3-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hopson lost 6-1 to Yoshimura, then responded with a 8-4 win over Stephanie Senneker (Kalamazoo, MI). Hopson won 9-3 against Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON), then won 5-4 against Chrissy Cadorin (Thornhill, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Oakville Fall Classic, Hopson take home 22.710 world rankings points along with the $1,500CDN prize, moving up 44 spots the World Ranking Standings into 69th place overall with 40.667 total points. Hopson ranks 4th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.710 points earned so far this season.
