Kenan Wipf (Calgary, AB) lost 8-1 to Matthew Drewitz (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Leduc Lions U20 Bonspiel, held October 7 - 9, 2022 at the Leduc Curling Club in Leduc, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Wipf won 6-4 over Evan Crough (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals of the 2022 Leduc Lions U20 Bonspiel in Leduc, Alberta, Canada; and won 8-2 over Johnson Tao (Edmonton, AB) in the quarterfinals.

Wipf finished 4-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wipf defeated Brayden Heistad (Saskatoon, SK) 6-5, then won 8-4 against Justin Runciman (Edmonton, AB) and 4-3 against Rogan Snow (Edmonton, AB). Wipf won 7-2 against Beau Cornelson (Camrose, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Wipf ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
