In their opening game, Flemming defeated Pat Ferris (Grimsby, ON) 11-6, then went on to lose 7-6 against Glenn Howard (Penetanguishene, ON). Flemming lost 8-3 to Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB) where Flemming responded with a 5-2 win over Sean Grassie (Winnipeg, MB). Flemming won 9-6 against Tyler Tardi (Langley, BC), then won 6-3 against Colton Flasch (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Flemming earned 16.730 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Home Hardware Curling Pre-Trials, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 29th place overall with 110.849 total points. Flemming ranks 29th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 50.207 points earned so far this season.
