Tyler Tardi (Surrey, BC) lost 10-6 to Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC) in the Final To advance to the championship game, Tardi won 9-4 over Mark Longworth (Vernon, BC) in the semifinals of the 2020 BC Men's Provincial Championship in Cranbrook, British Columbia;
Tardi finished 5-2 in the 16 team BC Men's Provincial Championship qualifying round, held January 28 - February 2, 2020 in , . In their opening game, Tardi defeated Aaron Thompson (Vancouver, BC) 10-1, then went on to lose 8-7 against Dean Joanisse (New Westminster, BC). Tardi responded with a 7-3 win over Nando Salviulo (Castlegar, BC). Tardi won 11-4 against Jeff Richard (Kelowna, BC). Tardi went on to lose 7-5 against Jason Montgomery (Victoria, BC). Tardi responded with a 12-5 win over Neil Dangerfield ( Victoria, BC). Tardi won 8-2 against Daniel Wenzek (New Westminster, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the BC Men's Provincial Championship, Tardi take home 13.613 world rankings points, remaining in 25th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9.673 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tardi ranks 24th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 150.325 points earned so far this season.
