Audrey Laplante/Jasmin Gibeau (Thurso, QC) qualified for the GOLDLINE Mixed Doubles Tour Finals playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-6 against Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC).
 
Laplante/Gibeau finished 2-1 in the 16 team GOLDLINE Mixed Doubles Tour Finals qualifying round, held September 18 - 20 at the Jacques Cartier Curling Club in , Quebec. In their opening game, Laplante/Gibeau lost 10-5 to Brenda Nicholls/Dan deWaard (Buckingham, QC), then responded with a 6-5 win over Edith Cottenoir/Pierre Lanoue (Beloeil, MTL). Laplante/Gibeau won 10-8 against Louise Desrosiers/Alain Bellemare (Quebec, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
. For week 5 of the event schedule, Laplante/Gibeau did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Laplante/Gibeau ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
