To advance to the championship game, Hasselborg won 5-4 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2019 Boost National in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland / Labrador; and won 9-2 over Chelsea Carey (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Boost National in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland / Labrador;
 
Hasselborg finished 3-1 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hasselborg defeated Sayaka Yoshimura (Sapporo, JPN) 6-2, then went on to lose 5-3 against Elena Stern (Oberwallis, SUI). Hasselborg responded with a 4-3 win over Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford, SK). Hasselborg won 6-2 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Boost National Championship title, Hasselborg earned 89.033 world rankings points along with the $35,000CDN first prize cheque. Hasselborg move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 40.412 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 1st overall with 556.453 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
