In their opening game, Cannon lost 7-6 to Meghan Walter (Winnipeg, MB), then responded with a 7-1 win over Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB). Cannon went on to lose 7-5 against Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB). Cannon responded with a 6-3 win over Selena Sturmay (Edmonton, AB). Cannon won 5-3 against Susan Dudt (Malvern, PA) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Cannon earned 13.678 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the DEKALB Superspiel, remaining in 21st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of -5.315 after improving upon their best so far this season. Cannon ranks 29th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 71.854 points earned so far this season.
