After advancing directly to the championship game, Eve Belisle (Montreal, QC) lost 7-6 to Emilia Gagne (Alma, QC) in the Final
Belisle finished 6-1 in the 8 team Quebec Scotties qualifying round, held January 9 - 14, 2018 at the Etchemin Curling Club in C.P. 2114, Quebec. In their opening game, Belisle defeated Gagne 7-4, then won 10-6 against Dominique Jean (Quebec, QC) and 7-3 against Sophie Morissette (Trois-Rivieres, QC). Belisle went on to lose 7-5 against Roxane Perron (Levis, QC). Belisle responded with a 10-4 win over Gabrielle Lavoie (Quebec, QC). Belisle won 8-6 against Isabelle Neron (Chicoutimi, QC), then won 8-6 against Marie-France Larouche (Levis, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Quebec Scotties, Belisle take home 4.950 world rankings points. For week 23 of the event schedule, Belisle did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Belisle ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
