Larouche finished 6-1 in the 8 team Quebec Scotties qualifying round, held January 9 - 14, 2018 at the Etchemin Curling Club in C.P. 2114, Quebec. In their opening game, Larouche defeated Sophie Morissette (Trois-Rivieres, QC) 9-2, then won 9-4 against Gabrielle Lavoie (Quebec, QC) and 8-3 against Dominique Jean (Quebec, QC). Larouche won 9-4 against Isabelle Neron (Chicoutimi, QC), then won 9-4 against Gagne and 7-3 against Roxane Perron (Levis, QC). Larouche went on to lose 8-6 against Eve Belisle (Montreal, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
Larouche earned 3.825 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Quebec Scotties. For week 23 of the event schedule, Larouche did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Larouche ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
