In their opening game, Lasmans defeated Hugh Nibloe (Stirling, SCO) 6-5, then won 10-4 against Dana Selnekovicova (Prague, CZE) and 5-4 against Holm. Lasmans won 5-3 against United States's Matt Thums, then won 6-3 against Jostein Stordahl (Oslo, NOR). Lasmans went on to lose 7-4 against Haitao Wang (Beijing, CHN).
