Jenn Baxter/Mark Dacey (Dartmouth, NS) won 8-3 over Heather Nedohin/David Nedohin (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Service Experts Mixed Doubles Classic, held September 22 - 24, 2017 in Edmonton, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Baxter/Dacey won 7-5 over Hyeji Jang/Ki Jeong Lee (Uiseong, KOR) in the semifinals of the 2017 Service Experts Mixed Doubles Classic in Edmonton, Alberta; and won 8-5 over Jie Mei/Jingyuan Wang (Harbin, CHN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2017 Service Experts Mixed Doubles Classic in Edmonton, Alberta;

Baxter/Dacey finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Baxter/Dacey lost 8-7 to Bobbie Sauder/Brendan Bottcher (Edmonton, AB), then responded with a 7-6 win over Becca Wood/Thomas Usselman (Denver, USA). Baxter/Dacey won 10-5 against Maria Komarova/Daniil Goryachev (St. Petersburg, RUS), then won 8-4 against Maureen Stolt/Peter Stolt (Minneapolis, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Service Experts Mixed Doubles Classic Championship title, Baxter/Dacey earned 0.000 world rankings points along with the $3,800CDN first prize cheque.
