Hi. It's great that you post such meal plans for different types of people, different tastes and ages. All people should know how to live a healthy lifestyle and nutrition is a very important thing! Pay attention to what you eat, food quality, recipes and so on. For example, I prefer caviar here https://www.gourmetfoodstore.com/caviar/black-caviar , there are so many cool foods besides caviar.

There is. Some products are simply necessary for our bodies. For example, many vegetables contain many enzymes that have a beneficial effect on our digestion. Many people avoid healthy fats such as fish oil or various oils. For example, I always add extra virgin olive oil. For health, see How Extra Virgin Olive Oil Can Lower Your Blood Pressure.
