Skrlik with Margot Flemming, Geri-Lynn Ramsay and Ashton Skrlik started without hammer, stealing a single point in the first end, then three more in the second end for an early 4-0 lead.

Cameron, playing as three without skip Kate Cameron in the lineup, had Taylor McDonald, Brianna Cullen and Mackenzie Elias in the lineup.

The trio scored three in the third end to get on the scoreboard, then after Skrlik added another three in the fourth, Cameron responded yet again with the fourth straight 3-ender.

The score now 7-6 in favour of Skrlik after 5 ends, Skrlik scored two in the sixth end, then stole two more in the seventh end to claim the 11-6 victory.

Skrlik faces Saskatoon's Ashley Thevenot in the final, winners 7-6 over Christine McMakin of Fargo, North Dakota in the other semifinals match.

Skrlik won 7-6 over Rachel Workin of Fargo in the quarterfinals, while McMakin knocked off Winnipeg's Kristy Watling, 7-2.
