Ben Kiist (Edmonton, AB) won 6-3 over Rhett Mailloux (Kingman, AB) in the Final of the Cochrane U20 Junior Mens Spiel, held November 8 - 10 at the Cochrane Curling Club in , Canada. To advance to the championship game, Kiist won 8-2 over Evan Clark (Calgary, AB) in the semifinals

Kiist finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kiist defeated Zach Davies (Edmonton, AB) 7-6, then won 7-1 against Mailloux and 7-4 against Jasper Willkomm (Inuvik, NT) in their final qualifying round match.

Kiist ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
