To advance to the championship game, Yoshimura won 5-3 over Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2025 Gangneung Invitational 2025 in Gangneung, Korea; and won 7-3 over Bobae Kang (Jeonbuk, KOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2025 Gangneung Invitational 2025 in Gangneung, Korea;
Yoshimura finished 4-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yoshimura defeated Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR) 10-4, then won 6-4 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR) and 5-3 against Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR). Yoshimura won 7-6 against Ikue Kitazawa (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the Gangneung Invitational 2025, Yoshimura take home 30.250 world rankings points along with the $10,000CDN prize.
