Pitts lost 8-7 to Tahlia Petersen (Naseby, NZL) where Pitts responded with a 6-2 win over Eleanor Heald (Naseby, NZL). Pitts went on to lose 7-2 against Bridget Becker (Naseby, NZL). Pitts lost 9-1 to Joanna Olszewski (Naseby, NZL) in their final qualifying round match.

Pitts earned 0.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 1 of the event schedule, Pitts did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Pitts ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
