To advance to the championship game, Schwaller won 11-5 over Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) in the semifinals of the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 5-4 over Darcy Robertson (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals. of the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Schwaller finished 2-1 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Schwaller lost 7-6 to Kang, then responded with a 8-1 win over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK). Schwaller won 7-2 against Tabitha Peterson (St. Paul, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the S3 Group Curling Stadium Series Championship title, Schwaller earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. Schwaller move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of -2.985 points improving upon their best 6 results so far this season, ranking 11th overall with 222.953 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Schwaller ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 146.500 points earned so far this season.
