To advance to the championship game, Englot won 7-6 over Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI) in the semifinals of the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 8-5 over Kayla Skrlik (Calgary, AB) in the quarterfinals. of the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada;
Englot finished 4-2 in the 17-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Englot defeated Sherrilee Orsted (Moose Jaw, SK) 6-5, then won 10-9 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, MB). Englot went on to lose 7-0 against Strouse. Englot responded with a 8-5 win over Danielle Inglis (Ottawa, ON). Englot went on to lose 5-2 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitmami, JPN). Englot responded with a 9-3 win over Ashley Thevenot (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
With their runner-up finish at the RBC Dominion Securities Western Showdown, Englot take home 33.000 world rankings points along with the $7,000CDN prize. Englot move up 15 spots after posting a net gain of 31.125 points improving upon their best 6 results so far this season, ranking 37th overall with 91.297 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
