Martine Roenning/Mathias Braenden (Lillehammer, NOR) lost 6-5 to Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the Final of the Mixed Doubles Super Series - Fredericton, held January 24 - 27, 2025 at the Capital Winter Curling Club in Fredericton, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Roenning/Braenden won 5-3 over Tahli Gill/Dean Hewitt (Brisbane, AUS) in the semifinals of the 2025 Mixed Doubles Super Series - Fredericton in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada; and won 6-5 over Tori Koana/Go Aoki (Yamanasshi, JPN) in the quarterfinals.
 
Roenning/Braenden finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Roenning/Braenden lost 7-5 to Kaldvee/Lill, then responded with a 9-7 win over Marlee Powers/Luke Saunders (Halifax, NS). Roenning/Braenden won 9-0 against Sierra Tracy/Noah Riggs (Fredericton, NB), then won 7-3 against Jenna Campbell/James Carr (Fredericton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Mixed Doubles Super Series - Fredericton, Roenning/Braenden take home 27.500 world rankings points along with the $4,000CDN prize. For week 26 of the event schedule, Roenning/Braenden did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 40th place on the World Ranking Standings with 44.128 total points.
