Skylar Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) won 10-9 over Nancy Martin (Martensville, SK) in the Final of the Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties, held January 17 - 21, 2024 in Tisdale, Saskatchewan.

Ackerman finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ackerman defeated Michelle Englot (Regina, SK) 7-4, then won 7-4 against Mandy Selzer (Balgonie, SK) and 9-5 against Jana Tisdale (Regina, SK). Ackerman went on to lose 10-5 against Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford, SK). Ackerman responded with a 14-6 win over Jessica Mitchell (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties Championship title, Ackerman earned 22.500 world rankings points. Ackerman move up 3 spots after posting a net gain of 20.625 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 29th overall with 129.282 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Ackerman ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 105.063 points earned so far this season.
