Arsenault finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Arsenault defeated Roberge 6-4, then won 8-5 against Owen Purcell (Halifax, NS) and 8-3 against Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Challenge de Curling Desjardins Championship title, Arsenault earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $8,000CDN first prize cheque.
