In their opening game, Jeong defeated Hakjun Kim (Chuncheon, KOR) 9-4, then went on to lose 10-9 against Jongduk Park (Gangwon, KOR). Jeong responded with a 11-3 win over Hyeon Moon (Bongmyeong, KOR). Jeong won 6-5 against Soo-Hyuk Kim (Gyeongbuk, KOR), then won 8-3 against JaeBeom Lee (Uiseong, KOR) and 9-2 against Kim. Jeong won 7-4 against Moon. Jeong went on to lose 7-2 against Park in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Korean National Curling Championship, Jeong take home 11.000 world rankings points. Jeong gained 129.375 points improving upon their best 2 events, though dropped 25 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 25thplace overall with 129.375 total points. Jeong ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.000 points earned so far this season.
