To advance to the championship game, Mouat won 6-4 over Cameron Bryce (Border, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2023 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland, Scotland; and won 8-5 over James Craik (Forfar, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Mouat finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mouat defeated Sweden's Fredrik Nyman 8-3, then won 10-3 against Kyle Waddell (Hamilton, SCO). Mouat went on to lose 7-5 against Ross Craik (Stirling, SCO). Mouat responded with a 6-4 win over Yves Stocker (Zug, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
