To advance to the championship game, Deschenes/Epping won 5-3 over Kelly Tremblay/Pierre Lanoue (Boucherville, MTL) in the semifinals of the GOLDLINE Mixed Doubles Royal Montreal in , Quebec; and won 12-9 over Lauren Cheal/Cedric Maurice (Sherbrooke, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the GOLDLINE Mixed Doubles Royal Montreal in , Quebec;

Deschenes/Epping finished 2-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. .
