Aneta Lipinska (Lodz, POL) won 8-7 over Daniela Matulova (Bratislava, SVK) in the Final of the European Curling Championships C-Division, held April 29 - May 6, 2023 in Dumfries, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Lipinska won 6-0 over Alison Fyfe (Dublin, IRL) in the semifinals
Lipinska finished 7-2 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Lipinska lost 9-4 to April Gale Seixeiro (Lisbon, POR), then responded with a 10-6 win over Laura Beever (Hawarden, WAL). Lipinska won 9-2 against Allison Brageul (Paris, FRA), then won 9-5 against Fyfe and 7-5 against Anastasiia Kotova (Kyiv, UKR). Lipinska won 22-0 against Dara Gravara-Stojanovic (Beograd, SRB), then won 6-4 against Lisenka Bomas (Amsterdam, NED). Lipinska went on to lose 8-3 against Daniela Garcia (San Sebastien, ESP). Lipinska responded with a 8-4 win over Matulova in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the European Curling Championships C-Division Championship title, Lipinska earned 7.500 world rankings points. For week 40 of the event schedule, Lipinska did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Lipinska ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
