Amy Mitchell (Greenacres, SCO) finished 2-5 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Mitchell defeated Jodi Bass (Dumfries, SCO) 8-4, then went on to lose 9-7 against Lucy Blair (Stirling, SCO). Mitchell lost 8-2 to Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO). Mitchell lost 6-1 to Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO). Mitchell lost 5-4 to Beth Farmer (Stirling, SCO) where Mitchell responded with a 10-3 win over Emma Barr (Stirling, SCO). Mitchell went on to lose 9-2 against Lesley Young (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Mitchell earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 28 of the event schedule, Mitchell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Mitchell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
