Kapp went on to lose 7-5 against Joel Retornaz (Trentino, ITA). Kapp responded with a 5-2 win over Yves Stocker (Zug, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

For week 33 of the event schedule, Kapp did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
