World Mixed Doubles Qualification Event qualifying round, held December 2 - 7, 2022 in , . In their opening game, Hung defeated Slavka Makovnikova (Bratislava, SVK) 6-3, then went on to lose 11-4 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Hung lost 10-3 to Oihane Otaegi (San Sebastian, ESP) where Hung responded with a 8-6 win over Anastasia Kotova (Kyiv, UKR). Hung won 12-3 against Petra Bestak (Zagreb, CRO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Hung earned 4.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 19 of the event schedule, Hung did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hung ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
