Carr went on to lose 7-1 against Chris Glibota (Sault Ste Marie, NONT). Carr responded with a 9-4 win over Ryan Meadows (Kenora, NONT). Carr won 8-6 against Brian Adams Jr. (Thunder Bay, NONT), then won 8-6 against Glibota in their final qualifying round match.

Carr earned 6.000 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the Unibet Northern Ontario Tankard. For week 26 of the event schedule, Carr did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Carr ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
