Lorraine Schneider (Regina, SK) finished 2-2 in the 13 team Sealcorp Nutana Women's Sask Curling Tour qualifying round, held September 23 - 25 at the Nutana Curling Club in Saskatoon, Canada. In their opening game, Schneider defeated Amelie Blais (Saskatoon, SK) 8-1, then won 7-3 against Jessica Mitchell (Saskatoon, SK). Schneider went on to lose 9-5 against Nancy Martin (Saskatoon, SK). Schneider lost 8-7 to Mitchell in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Sealcorp Nutana Women's Sask Curling Tour Championship title, Schneider earned 22.500 world rankings points along with the $1,800CDN first prize cheque, moving up 11 spots the World Ranking Standings into 49th place overall with 57.532 total points. Schneider ranks 26th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 22.500 points earned so far this season.
