To advance to the championship game, Keiser won 2-1 over Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2022 Womens Masters Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland, Switzerland; Keiser advanced through the quarterfinals with a 5-3 win over Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). of the 2022 Womens Masters Basel in Arlesheim, Switzerland, Switzerland;
