Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) qualified for the 2022 Oslo Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Magnus Ramsfjell (Lillehammer, NOR). of the 2022 Oslo Cup in Oslo, Norway;

Whyte finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Whyte lost 7-1 to Ramsfjell, then responded with a 7-2 win over Mats Wrana (Sundbyberg, SWE).
