Rajala finished 3-0 in the 30 team Capital Curling Classic qualifying round, held October 7 - 10 at the RCMP Curling Club in Ottawa, Canada. In their opening game, Rajala defeated Jaimee Gardner (Ottawa, ON) 8-2, then won 6-1 against Erin Morrissey (Ottawa, ON) and 9-4 against John Steski (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Rajala earned 10.625 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Capital Curling Classic. For week 10 of the event schedule, Rajala did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
