Lukas Klima (Prague, CZE) finished 4-3 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Klima lost 9-2 to Fredrik Nyman (Solleftea, SWE), then responded with a 7-4 win over Fabio Ribotta (Pinerolo, ITA). Klima won 9-2 against Martins Truksans (Riga, LAT), then won 8-4 against Switzerland's Jan Iseli. Klima went on to lose 7-4 against Kyle Waddell (Glasgow, SCO). Klima responded with a 7-5 win over Cameron Bryce (Stirling, SCO). Klima went on to lose 5-4 against Christof Schwaller (Glarus, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Klima earned 7.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 13 of the event schedule, Klima did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Klima ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
