Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) won 6-3 over Marianne Roervik (Oslo, NOR) in the Final of the LGT World Women's Curling Championship, held March 18 - 26, 2023 in Sandviken, Sweden. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Tirinzoni won 8-4 over Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE) to advance to the championship game. of the 2023 LGT World Women's Curling Championship in Sandviken, Sweden; of the 2023 LGT World Women's Curling Championship in Sandviken, Sweden;

Tirinzoni finished 12-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tirinzoni defeated Tabitha Peterson (Chaska, USA) 7-5, then won 11-2 against Satsuki Fujisawa (Kitami, JPN) and 9-3 against Hasselborg. Tirinzoni won 7-2 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR), then won 9-1 against Daniela Jentsch (Fuessen, GER) and 7-6 against Kerri Einarson (Gimli, CAN). Tirinzoni won 9-1 against Jessica Smith (Naseby, NZL), then won 9-3 against Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA) and 6-1 against Roervik. Tirinzoni won 7-3 against Madeleine Dupont (Hvidovre, DEN), then won 7-6 against Rebecca Morrison (Stirling, SCO) and 5-3 against Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the LGT World Women's Curling Championship Championship title, Tirinzoni earned 82.500 world rankings points, remaining in 2nd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 55.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Tirinzoni ranks 2nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 390.250 points earned so far this season.
