John Epping (Toronto, ON) qualified for the 2022 ATB Okotoks Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-1 against Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2022 ATB Okotoks Classic in Okotoks, Alberta, Canada;

Epping finished 4-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Epping defeated Rylan Kleiter (Saskatoon, SK) 9-6, then went on to lose 7-5 against Reid Carruthers (Winnipeg, MB). Epping responded with a 6-5 win over Ryan Jacques (Edmonton, AB). Epping won 9-6 against Marco Hoesli (Glarus, SUI), then won 8-2 against Karsten Sturmay (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
