Anaka went on to lose 6-5 against Sherry Just (Saskatoon, SK). Anaka responded with a 11-5 win over Jade Bloor (Regina, SK). Anaka went on to lose 7-3 against Brett Barber (Biggar, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Anaka earned 2.644 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 63 spots the World Ranking Standings into 188th place overall with 2.644 total points. Anaka ranks 114th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.644 points earned so far this season.
