Jason Jacobson (Saskatoon, SK) won 7-6 over Kelly Knapp (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Scott Comfort RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty SCT, held December 3 - 5, 2021 at the Wadena Curling Club in Wadena, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Jacobson won 7-3 over Nathen Pomedli (Saskatoon, SK) in the semifinals of the 2021 Scott Comfort RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty SCT in Wadena, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 9-3 over Ben Gamble (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals.
 
Jacobson finished 3-0 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jacobson defeated Cody Sutherland (North Battleford, SK) 8-3, then won 6-2 against Ryan Deis (Fox Valley, SK) and 8-1 against Pomedli in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Scott Comfort RE/MAX Blue Chip Realty SCT Championship title, Jacobson earned 17.442 world rankings points along with the $1,925CDN first prize cheque, moving up 10 spots the World Ranking Standings into 49th place overall with 79.384 total points. Jacobson ranks 47th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 52.436 points earned so far this season.
