To advance to the championship game, Barker won 8-6 over Michelle Englot (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2019 Highland SWCT Event in Regina, Saskatchewan; and won 7-2 over Jessica Mitchell (Regina, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Highland SWCT Event in Regina, Saskatchewan;
 
Barker finished 2-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barker defeated Krystal Englot (Regina, SK) 8-4, then went on to lose 8-4 against Mandy Selzer (Regina, SK). Barker responded with a 6-4 win over Mitchell in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Highland SWCT Event Championship title, Barker earned 18.524 world rankings points along with the $1,700CDN first prize cheque, moving up 7 spots the World Ranking Standings into 57th place overall with 83.954 total points. Barker ranks 48th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 37.272 points earned so far this season.
