In their opening game, Maus defeated Tyler Stewart (Waterloo, ON) 6-2, then won 5-2 against Steve Allen (Ottawa, ON) and 6-5 against Scott McDonald (Kingston, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Brantford NISSAN Classic, Maus take home 20.644 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN prize. Maus move up 88 spots after posting a net gain of 18.728 points improving upon their best 7 results so far this season, ranking 128th overall with 30.220 total points on the World Ranking Standings.
