Hui Yan/Cheng Kuo (Beijing, CHN) qualified for the 2020 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-3 against Dorottya Palancsa/Zsolt Kiss (Budapest, HUN). of the 2020 Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship in Wingham, Ontario, Canada;

Yan/Kuo finished 3-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Yan/Kuo defeated Catherine Liscumb/Chris Liscumb (Ilderton, ON) 9-8, then won 9-3 against Kristen Conrad/Bill Morrison (Charlotte, NC) and 8-6 against Kimberly Tuck/Wayne Tuck Jr. (Ilderton, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
