Grandy/Janssen finished 2-1 in the 20 team Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship qualifying round, held February 21 - 23, 2020 at the Wingham Golf and Curling Club in Wingham, Canada. In their opening game, Grandy/Janssen defeated Jessica Shipmaker/Mike Aprile (Newmarket, ON) 6-4, then won 7-6 against Kira Brunton/Brett Lyon-Hatcher (Ottawa, ON). Grandy/Janssen went on to lose 8-6 against Suyuan Fan/Jiawen Nan (Beijing, CHN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Ontario Mixed Doubles Tour Championship Championship title, Grandy/Janssen earned 34.057 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque, remaining in 668th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 32.229 after improving upon their best so far this season. Grandy/Janssen ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 116.811 points earned so far this season.
