In their opening game, Fleury defeated Robyn Silvernagle (North Battleford, SK) 13-3, then won 10-5 against Carey. Fleury went on to lose 10-7 against Homan. Fleury responded with a 8-3 win over Kerri Einarson (Winnipeg, MB). Fleury won 7-4 against Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB), then won 8-5 against Cheryl Bernard (Lethbridge, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
