Horgan finished 3-1 in the 15 team Manitoba Curling Tour Classic qualifying round, held October 3 - 6, 2019 in , . In their opening game, Horgan defeated Oleson 6-0, then won 6-5 against Steen Sigurdson (Gimli, MB) and 6-5 against Jordan Smith (Winnipeg, MB). Horgan went on to lose 7-2 against JT Ryan (Winnipeg , MB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Manitoba Curling Tour Classic Championship title, Horgan earned 24.236 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque.
