To advance to the championship game, Deis won 7-5 over Brent Gedak (Estevan, SK) in the semifinals of the 2019 Saskatchewan Tour Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan; and won 5-4 over Scott Comfort (Wadena, SK) in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Saskatchewan Tour Championship in Swift Current, Saskatchewan;
 
Deis finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Deis defeated Jeff Hartung (Langenburg, SK) 5-4, then went on to lose 4-2 against Hartung. Deis responded with a 6-3 win over Brock Virtue (Kerrobert, SK). Deis won 9-1 against Mike Armstrong (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Saskatchewan Tour Championship, Deis take home 13.301 world rankings points along with the $2,120CDN prize, moving up 17 spots the World Ranking Standings into 92nd place overall with 49.370 total points.
